First Gig

Well, I like to reckon it was Motorhead on the Bomber Tour supported by Saxon at Sheffield City Hall. But come the Motorhead gig, I'd already been to see The Shadows six months earlier with my mum and my sister at the Victorian Theatre in Halifax.
Though if I'm being really honest, even that wasn't the first. The first show I recalling travelling to see was the Poole Family at Shepley Methodist Chapel Hall.

My dad's cousin was the leading lady in the Cliff Richard film, The Young Ones.
